Our water cooled centrifugal chillers has brought the latest technology in the refrigeration and air-conditioning in India through their Centrifugal Chillers.

Though Centrifugal chiller is a very old technology, but the limitation has been the size of the chiller and the capital cost. Reynold is now offering centrifugal chillers starting at a capacity of only 75 TR. Though the capital cost is marginally more than the screw chiller of equivalent size, the power consumption is very low and between 0.5 KW per TR to 0.6 KW per TR depending on the load conditions. In fact in part load the power consumption could be as low as 0.4 KW per TR. Water cooled centrifugal chillers are currently offered in only 400 Volt AC / 50 HZ specifications with water-cooled condensers with a cooling water temperature of upto (+) 35°C at inlet.
